Training Jiu Jitsu without a GI (the kimono uniform traditionally worn in jiu jitsu) so terms the class; ‘No GI’.
No GI attire includes a rashie and shorts / tights. Training without a GI differs from regular classes in the training attire as well as the grips, pace, and strategy.
No GI offers diversified training to compliment our Gi classes and learning.
Our No GI classes follow the same learning curriculum as our GI classes.
Not suitable for beginners or drop-in’s, our competition class has been developed for students who love to train hard.
With multiple competitions available with differing rule sets (IBJJF, ADCC, etc) our competition class explores techniques and training in accordance with these.
Our uniform rules may be relaxed in this class to allow students to practice in accordance with competition uniform requirements.
High paced, high energy and extremely technical. Tough rolls and no excuses here.
Open Mat is a chance for students to practice and train with each other. The focus here is live rolling (sparring) where you take all the techniques and skills you have acquired during your other classes and put them into practice.
By practicing with partners, we train our bodies and minds to react instinctively, committing essential techniques to muscle memory. Roll as much or as little as you need in this class -in open mat you take control of your own training needs and goals.
Looking to learn a new skill that keeps you engaged all while improving your physical fitness and mental resilience?
